职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工程机械 工作地点： 无锡 发布日期： 2008-03-04 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Brief description of responsibilities Leads the Design, Draugting, Analysis and Release functions Ensures that Company systems are followed (for example, ESW, QSI, Design Review, FMEA) and that all work meets CTT global standards Develops systems to meet the needs of the Chinese market place while at the same time ensuring compliance with audit and project management requirements Allocates engineering resource to projects Identifies resource shortages. Contributes to the setting of work priorities. Develops the engineering team through appropriate delegation, training, performance review. Sets the workload for the engineering group. Sets realistic but demanding work targets and ensures that results are delivered. Actively tackles poor performance and seeks to ensure that errors are not repeated. Provide Engineering support to other functional areas where necessary for example, VPI, PQC, Quality, Supply Chain Support risk reduction activities Implement Product Engineering , functional excellence initiatives. Special knowledge skill and ability requirement Turbocharger / engine experience Understanding of design processes (CoC, FMEA, Design Review etc) Proficient user of ProE and FEA programs Manufacturing appreciation Materials appreciation Sets team expectations and demands a consistent and high level of performance from subordinates Formal and informal presentation skills Leads technical discussions and take technical decisions Assertive and persuasive Education experience An experienced engineering manager with a minimum of 5 years in a position of technical management responsibility preferably within the automotive industry. Familiar with 3-D design and modeling techniques (Pro/E preferred) Familiar with finite element stress analysis and thermo-mechanical fatigue analysis of cast components.
