职位类别： 高级管理 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-04 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Director, Supply Chain Reporting Relationship: Reports to President, China Basic Function: The Director, Supply Chain leads Horizon China Order Fulfillment team to issue, revise, track, expedite purchase orders and track sales confirmation. This person will also be responsible for developing and leading program review in China; collaborating with US Supply Chain team to resolve any issues on demand/supply imbalance. This position within the Order Fulfillment team plays a critical role in ensuring Horizon’s operational and financial success. This position is based in Shanghai, P.R.CHINA Primary Responsibilities: * Owner of program review: lead a team to update program review report, participate weekly US program review meeting, and lead program review meeting in China to resolve issues on supply/demand imbalance. * Collaborate with US Purchasing team to issue, revise, track and expedite purchase orders to vendors and track sales confirmations. * Build a strong Order Fulfillment team and collaborate with US Purchasing to develop an integrated order fulfillment process to steamline product and documentation flow. * Support China Global Sourcing team to define vendor certification criteria and develop a certified vendor base; collect and communicate performance expectations to vendors. * Monitor and report order delivery status; collaborate with China Operations team to guarantee on-time order delivery. Professional Requirements: * Have a minimum 10 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in US wholesale, retail or fashion industry. * Fluent in written&spoken English and Mandarin. * Proven ability to lead change, gain consensus, develop staff and continuously improve process and system. * Prior experience in procurement, materials management, inventory management and control is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, and business savvy. * Must be a strong team player and communicator. * Have the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with numbers. * Practical knowledge of MRP is preferred. * Proficient in MS Office programs, specifically Excel. * Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Good time management skills. * Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
