Organizational, Team and Management Development. HR guideline and Associate Handbook. Grading Structure and operative Grading. Also, He/she shall cooperate&support the following HR functions: Remuneration principles. Performance Management principle. Working Time principles. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in Economics,Engineering,or Enterprise Management. Over five years of work experience in an international HR environment, preferably in a company with both production and sales units. Fluent in English spoken and written. Experience in Organization Development is desirable. Good communication skills both written and verbal at all levels. Leadership skills and Team player.
