Managing all HST (Hybrid System Test) engineering capability in change management and line engineering 2. Provide engineering support for develop&debug test program. 3. Overall owner for develop /maintain/validation/release test program for new features/patterns and related activities. 4. Interface with US/SGP group for the program issues, recommend corrective actions and resolutions. 5. Productivity and error free improvement. 6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. (6) SUPERVISION RECEIVED Report to Manager or above (7) SUPERVISION EXERCISED Supervise Engineers/ Engineering Assistants or Engineering Technicians where deemed necessary. (8) REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Strong Management skillsets with technical background Must to have 2. Strong background in system-based in motherboard, bios, firmware and operating system Must to have 3. Good programming skills in Java OOP, especially swing, threading and socket communication.
