职位类别： 化工 生物/制药/医疗器械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-04 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Location: Shanghai Position Scope: Fully handle and manage demo lab, provide pre-sale&post- sale support, such as sample running, data preparing, method development, training, on site seminar etc. … A primary interface between China field operations in the provision of knowledge, skills and resources to enable business development and growth KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Demo Lab management Assist ASC manager with daily Demo Lab operational management activities to to ensure that group services and support meet the China and APT business needs, Effectively manage the direct report ASC staff (demo lab chemist group) through appropriate goal setting, providing coaching and training to increase tech skill levels and service quality, performance evaluation, and career development for staff Personally attain technical competence on our major platforms, able to operate skillfully 1-2 platforms with good feedback from managers, peers and customers Support the sales team to directly impact the short- and mid-term sales, grow the China proteomics business revenue. Provide the customer needs&our solutions. Work collaboratively with local functions (Marketing, Sales, Support, Service and Finance) to use customer and market insight to develop local business plan&tactics. Customer satisfaction * Deep Understanding and doing as customer first concept * Schedule, oversee and make sure the high quality training programs, pre- and post-sales support , get the feedback from customers for every event, find and solve issues immediately without big complains * Visit and interact with customers, minimum 4 interactions per month EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor"s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in a scientific discipline (Biology, Analytical Chemistry, genetics or biochemistry preferred). Completion of an advanced degree in business or related science is advantageous. Product and Market Knowledge o Extensive experience and understanding of MS products and how they can be applied, specially on the application support o Strong knowledge and understanding of the relative strengths and weaknesses of Applied Biosystems major competitors o Detailed knowledge of technological developments and trends in the markets in which Applied Biosystems operates o The ability to evaluate new market opportunities 联系方式： 有意者请将英文简历 email至： chinahr@appliedbiosystems.com .
