The Production Manager will be responsible for the following mission 1.Overall operational management of the production 2.Long term development of capacity, capability and employees of manufacturing in accordance with the company’s development plan. 3.Personnel management, in conjunction with General Manager, recruitment and dismissal of employees. 4.Conveying factory workforce related issues between the workers and the Senior Management of the company. 5.In conjunction with the site responsible person, ensure the necessary security of the property. 6.Together with purchasing department work with gradual localization of parts and material 7.Plan, develop and implement annual manufacturing budget to ensure that production capacity and capabilities are optimized according to the annual production demand. 8.Continuous improvement driving for quality, manufacturing cost, delivery and flexibility of manufacturing and working capital to meet the objectives and targets.. 9.Lead, coach and motivate subordinates in skill/knowledge development to contribute effectively towards the achievement of the company’s objective and growth 10.Perform Performance review Qualification requirement University degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or qualification in a Manufacturing discipline and at least 3 years experience in a similar role in the electronics industry. Good command of written and spoken English Ability to build, develop and manage the manufacturing Extensive Experience from manufacturing management in China. Experience and knowledge of test equipment and methodologies. Must be able to apply Lean six sigma methodologies to the daily work. H instruction Ability to read and understand product specifications and drawings. Ability to develop himself and his subordinates Intermediate MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Intermediate ERP system skills.
