We are now a NASDAQ listed Company and a rapidly growing designer, manufacturer and marketer of non marking , slip-resistant and trendy footwear for men, women and children. Due to our rapid growth, we are now seeking dynamic, competent talent for our expanding team: JOB CHALLENGE -Develop retail strategic plan for Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen markets. -Lead and expend retail network. -Evaluate retail store location criteria, analysis and terms negotiation. -Oversee p , operation budget and cost control. -Produce company brand image and ensure customer satisfaction. -Prepare sales fore case analyze and achieve sales target. -Implement retail operation-store design and renovation visual merchandising, in-store events and promotion. JOB REQUIREMENTS -6-8 years of solid experience with proven track record in retail development&operation -Strategic mind and strong business acumen -Excellent customer services skill and people management -Resourceful with updated market intelligence and benchmarking -Fluency in English&Mandarin, both spoken and written -Willing to travel -Proactive, aggressive and flexible -Proven management experience in leadership&training skills 联系方式： .
