ְλÀà±ð£º Êг¡/Êг¡ÍØÕ¹/¹«¹Ø ²Æ»á/Éó¼Æ/ͳ¼Æ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ±±¾© ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-03-04 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Responsibilities: The incumbent has to be able to decide how the CRM campaign should be implemented within the BMW China and dealer network: Work with the responsible internal and field force personnel to define and implement CRM campaign in BMW China and dealer network; Consolidate the requirements from BMW Marketing and dealer marketing and introduce them into the CRM/Marketing Campaign projects; Monitor and steer the performance of the BMW CRM Campaign in BMW China and dealer network through the implementation of clearly defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators; Provide reports of CRM Campaign business. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above; major in Marketing related subjects preferred; At least 2 years Marketing related working experience, good knowledge of CRM and relevant Marketing campaign management, Experience with CRM processes and activities, ideally within the automotive industry; Knowledge about CRM campaign and event management, ideally with experience in CRM related analysis; Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese are required; Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Visio is required; experience with MS Project is preferred; Good communication skills and people skills; Open for discussion and new ideas.
