Leader of Cummins Filtration China Six Sigma steering committee and drive across the organization to ensure the overall healthy of Six Sigma program in CFC. 2. On a full-time basis, lead&manage improvement projects as assigned by Champions&Sponsors. 3. Coach improvement project team members on the improvement process&corresponding quality tools. 4. Make regular reports to management on improvement project progress, barriers,&issues. 5. Participate in potential project selection&analysis; advise Business Unit staff on prioritization of potential projects. 6. Supported by regional MBB to enhance belts knowledge and skill in six sigma Qualification: 1. University Degree majored in Business or IT preferred 2. 5+ years of experience in multinational auto parts related company. 3. Certified 6 sigma belt experience is preferred 4. Solid and well demonstrated project management skills and problem solving capability 5. Leadership, determination and can-do attitude 6.
