ְλÀà±ð£º Éú²ú/¼Ó¹¤/ÖÆÔì »¯¹¤ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ¹ãÖÝ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-02-20 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 3-5Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Key responsibilities of the position include: Tactical deployment of PDP and VPD processes Ownership of make vs buy process and strong interaction with supply base NPI organization Drive EMR penetration Technical support to supply base to develop ¡®should cost¡¯ model Product envelope definition around existing processes Input into global capacity management tool to fully understand current and future equipment utilization rates Responsible for target cost estimation for piece price and capital requirements on new product launches Supervise equipment and tooling procurement, installation and initial run-off to support new product launches Core member of product launch teams supporting product engineering and project managers Reports performance of key metrics; maintains spending at or below budgeted levels Skills: Ability to communicate concisely at all levels inside and outside the company; Strong ability to lead, communicate and act in a multicultural and cross-functional environment tough, sound negotiator; Action oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals; PDP / VPD experience desirable but not essential Technical bias and sound knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing processes Strong financial acumen Qualifications: Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a manufacturing or chemical engineering, preferably in an Automotive environment Bachelor¡¯s degree in Engineering or related field, Master¡¯s degree preferred; 6 Sigma, LEAN or HOS experienced practitioner with certification preferred ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º cynthiachen@rpo.cn .
