职位类别: 交通/仓储/物流 客户服务/技术支持 工作地点: 深圳 发布日期: 2008-02-12 工作经验: 1-3年 最低学历: 大专 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位月薪: 2000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求: Accountabilities: § To c oordinate and work with Branch Manager on customer complaints ensuring that complaints are properly investigated and resolved in a professional and timely manner. § To m anage and maintain up-to-date records on customer complaints § To a nalyze complaints data and service levels and present quarterly reports to the M anagement . § To a ssist the Management Representative and the Director to administer the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System . § To collate, analyze and report market intelligence about carriers’ and co-loaders’ rates, schedules and activities . § To assist the Sales Department in the preparation of sales / presentation / promotional materials, quotations and answers to customers’ / agents’ rate / service enquiries. § To assist the Sales Department in filing as well as compilation and analyses of customer and lifting data. § To assist / monitor / analyze salesmen’s timely i nput of visit data including customer details, visit date, quotation and outcome into the Customer Relationship Management System. Requirements: § Bachelor‘s Degree preferably in Logistics , Marketing, Business Management or related d iscipline s § Minimum 2 years of working experience in l ogistics, marketing or business fields. § Details orientated with good organizational and analytical skills . § T ime management and ability to work to deadline . § Pleasant and customer oriented (both internal and external) § Ability to solve problems by thinking outside the square solutions oriented § Experience in operational databases and Microsoft applications § Effective report writing skill. § Good internal and external communication skills with the ability to communicate to people at all levels § Proficiency in English and Chinese. 联系方式: We offer attractive compensation and benefits package to the right candidate.
