Conduct researches in the area of material surface engineering, magnetic materials and nano-devices. 2. Provide technical supports to the technology commercialization activities Job Responsibilities 1. Provide technical leadership to insure the on-time delivery of research project objectives. 2. Research and develop magnetic materials/devices and/or material surface engineering for targeted applications 3. Identify and resolve key technology problems through innovations and collaborations. 4. Independently research solutions for challenging technical difficulties. 5. Generate new research ideas/concepts and write research proposals in a creative and interdisciplinary team environment. 6. Support joint research programs with internal&external partners. Qualifications&Attributes 1. Ph.D. in material science, solid state physics or other related fields focusing on magnetic materials, nano-material, and/or surface engineering. 2. Familiar with material characterization techniques, such as SEM, XPS, Auger, AFM, etc. 3. Working experience is a plus 4. Excellent verbal&written communication skills in Chinese and English 5.
