They will co-ordinate software requirements for all projects and ensure that all software schedules are communicated and maintained. Will build and integrate software for the all x-factory build requirements using standardized procedures. Will act as an interface between the local software control engineers (SCE’s) or Cincinnati Software Group and the PQIC. Will provide support to local SCE or Cincinnati Software Group for preliminary software build, remote system checkout, quality procedures and customer acceptance tests. The PQIC SSE will be the owner of the all software integration checklists and work with the field SCE’s to keep these documents maintained. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To review all system projects and determine the level of software support needed for the project. To build, test and fully integrate software for all projects that specify factory build. To determine requirements for local software builds, including obtaining or building preliminary software, providing remote integration support, providing support to the production floor for any software problems effecting debug and test. To ensure that each system ships with the relevant backups and final system software checkouts completed. To act as a focal point for all generic software build problems and attend the weekly software engineering meetings with CPTO engineering. To own the software checklists and work with local SCE’s to keep them up to date. To work with local SCE to implement standard integration procedures and processes. Travel requirements occasional 职位要求(Job Requirements)： Associate or Bachelors degree in technical area desirable. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position. Knowledge of process control systems particularly in the area of papers, plastics or metals systems. Familiarity process control system software, configuration system,programming and application. Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and tasks and prioritize as needed. Ability to use a range of Microsoft applications and quickly learn new application. Familiarity with computer systems hardware and software loading skills Familiarity with network systems and TCP/IP Good communication skills Ability to work well in teams LabView, Visual Basic, C++ and PLC software configuration skills desirable.
