Key Responsibilities: Budget Participate in the development of annual PR&shop promotions budget, monitor and control relevant budget/spending within approved limits Public Relations (PR) Develop national PR plan; supervise, coordinate and monitor PR and media related activities; evaluate effectiveness and value of PR Special projects/events management For projects/events monitor and control budget and spending, oversee and supervise program, progress, standard and quality. For specific and national projects/events - create, plan and prepare concept and budget; negotiate and coordinate with related parties, including other markets, offices and internal divisions; assign and allocate manpower and responsibilities; supervise, manage, review and evaluate Shop Promotions Develop and plan shop promotions activities; prepare shop promotion kits; supervise, provide guidelines and monitor sales colleagues on conducting shop promotion; supervise Marcom managers and Senior Marketing Executives on PR materials preparation and distribution Sponsorship Identify and negotiate appropriate project for sponsorship, independently handle and coordinate sponsored project/event Supervision&Training Supervise, prepare and conduct training for subordinates such as Marketing Executives and Marcom Managers Retailing Support Support and coordinate with Retailing Team re PR activities Communications Maintain consistent internal communications with headquarters, regional marketing division, superiors, subordinates and colleagues on all PR activities 联系方式： To apply: JTang@antal.com.cn .
