Tasks: 1 To support regional sales to achieve OI and TO target. 2 To develop MBR plan and forecast. 3 To develop product strategy and business plan, including pricing and positioning, marketing promotion, customer satisfaction maintenance, sales program and promotion. 4 To build up and maintain the show sites together with sales and chief physicist. 5 Leadership: PSE Team building and coaching, development of high performance team and people excellence Education: Degree in enigneering or medicine Job Language: EN Knowledge/Languages: Knowledge and experience of radiation therapy workflow Knowledge of internal processes and network Experience: >5 years sales and customer relationship management Capabilities: 1.Sales/marketing experience of relevant modality in clinical or engineering, multinational company background is prederred.
