Responsible for manufacturing quality of new products being transferred from R to manufacturing. 2. Review the product quality during development stage, give recommendations on how to meet the quality requirements, drive responsible departments for corrective actions for problems encountered during trial run. 3. Define manufacturing qualification plan for every new products to be transferred to manufacturing. 4. Develop reliability testing methods and equipments for new products, materials and new technologies. 5. Monitor Product Quality Requirement and ensure that it is well controlled and implemented in Manufacturing plant, including Qualification, Ongoing Reliability Monitoring, Abnormal lot disposition in Assembly and Test area. 6. Lead / Involve Product Quality Improvement Project. Requirement 1. Knowledge in Wireless communication technology is a must 2. Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical 3. Knowledgeable on handling product transition from design to high volume production 4. Have experience in Reliability Test (Reliability calculation, planning, and execution). 5. Knowledgeable in SMT and wave soldering process. 6. Knowledgeable on Product Quality assurance standards in Manufacturing (PCB, PWA assembly, Plastic tooling and molding) 7. Speaks Mandarin as native language (have good English comprehension and communication) 8. Knowledge on statistical tools is a must. 9. Knowledge in electrical or mechanical analysis is a plus. 10. Bachelor Degree or above, Majoring in Mechanical, BSElectrical, BSECE, ElectroMechanical - is fine. 11.
