职位类别： 技工 质控/安检 工作地点： 广州 发布日期： 2008-03-02 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: "* Drive implementation and execution of Vendor Held Tooling Program, meeting aggressive business critical milestones. * Qualify new supplier tooling workshop or tooling supplier, conduct on-site audit to assess supplier tooling capability. * Provide technical leadership for all supplier quality issues related to tooling. * Review and approve new tooling design, work with tooling suppliers on adhering to good tooling design practice as well as adhering to Company tooling standards and specs. * Support PMQE to solve tooling issue and give technical advice for tooling modification in first piece sample inspection and new parts qualification stage. * Assist parts suppliers, PMQE and Buyer with solving current production tooling issues and develop quality, timely and cost effective solutions. * Proactively work with supplier and PMQE to manage supplier tooling usage, maintenance, modification and re-location. * Develop and implement best practice for vendor held tooling management as focal point. * Travel to suppliers and sites on a regular basis will be required. Qualifications/Requirements "* BS Technical Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, minimum eight (8) years working experience in tooling design and making. * Strong experience in GD , CAD and engineering drawing interpretation. * Sound knowledge in metal and plastics manufacturing processes, such as stamping, injection molding and die casting. * Solid metrology knowledge and experience, be familiar with CMM and other measuring equipment. * Experience in supplier Quality Assurance / Quality Control, know how to apply statistical quality control tools for process / product control, such as SPC, gage R , FMEA and DOE. * Good English communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and problem solving skills. * Travel to and work together with suppliers closely. * Self-discipline, self-starter, proven team player, ability to work in cross-functional team environment.
