职位类别： 质控/安检 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 广州 发布日期： 2008-03-02 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities/Job Roles: "* Be the quality focal point for key purchased electronic components, in charge of supplier management activities for process control and quality assurance, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements. * Lead supplier qualification and approval; conduct Business Survey and technical audit together with Sourcing and Technology team. * Lead First Piece Inspection Report (FPIR), Quality Control Plan, FMEA, and Process Capacity study for new program execution. * Monitor on-going production quality for key electronic components by working closely with CMs, manage supplier change request and get approval. * Solve quality issues of line reject from the manufacturing sites, identify root cause and take permanent corrective actions, work on closing of FRACS issues. * Develop and maintain audit checklist for key electronic components. * Drive continuous improvement of supplier quality performance, cycle time, and delivery performance through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology. * Eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that affect quality and delivery requirements. " Qualifications/Requirements: " * BS Technical Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, minimum five (5) years working experience in active&passive electronic components or PCBA industry. * Strong background in supplier Quality Assurance / Quality Control, know how to apply statistical quality control tools for process / product control, such as SPC, gage R , FMEA and DOE. * Strong experience in electronic components like IC, LED, LCD, capacitor, relay and PCB. * Sound knowledge in designing and manufacturing of electronic components, expertise in reliability testing and failure analysis. * Good English communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and problem solving skills. * Travel to and work together with suppliers closely. * Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional team environment.
