职位类别： 环境科学/环保 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-26 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： ROLE: -Oversee all Sites and/or Activities by applying the safety knowledge required to develop their activities in an on-going manner while ensuring the effectiveness of equipment safety procedure and safety management system. -Three complementary work priorities are to be considered: 1.the creation and implementation of action plans to improve existing situations 2.the integration of safety principles at the earliest stage possible into new projects or project to change existing situations 3.the development and distribution of the safety awareness-raising and training modules necessary for all concerned members of the Company(managers, engineers, operators) FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES: -Coordinate with each Site GEP about safety management system. -Prepare and ensure the follow-up of the analysis of safety risk. -Participate in new projects, major modification and major expansion projects’ design examination, acceptance of completion, commissioning and start-up, and ensure these projects meet local and Michelin safety standard. -Coordinate to organize maintenance of all detection and protection equipment and periodically test their operation. -For all engineering work on site, support to assure that all precautions are taken to prevent and to contain the risk of safety. -Contribute to the completion of safety awareness and training programs to employees and managers. -Alert the RGEP and management of all serious nonconformance or all persistent risk, and propose essential corrective actions. -Assist Site Safety team to conduct accident investigation and implement action plans to avoid reoccurrence. -Contribute to the development of the emergency contingency plans. -Maintain effective communication with safety professional associations to ensure that safety policies in each site stay state-of-the-art. 联系方式： jessica.yu@cn.michelin.com .
