职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-29 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing, planning and leading product manufacturing, provides overall leadership and direction; Improve the plant performance by developing the abilities and motivation of the staff Manage the production team to ensure the product process smoothly and the consistent implementation of company procedures; Manage production department to ensure output and delivery schedule meet daily product target through high labour productivity; Responsible for maintaining the gross profitability objectives for each operation Prepare regular report of production status with particular emphasis on profitability to analyse workflow, projects update, customers, etc. Represent the production by the customers, salesperson and authorities regarding all aspects; Build up long term programs for the production capacity in line with business strategy of MSA China ; Act as the project leader to set-up the operation within the plant in China; Requirements: The qualified individual must be proficient in and posses a willingness to embrace change management. He/She should have good leadership skill; He/She must be an excellent communicator, in written, verbal, and presentation skills He/She must be a good team leader with communication and motivational skills, a strong knowledge and a desire to coach others. Strong senses of responsibility are also important.
