职位描述(Job Descriptions): Position Specification: Managing elevator maintenance contract Basic Accountabilities: 1.Follow up NIS Contract 2.Follow up OM Contract; obtain customers" opinion of service. 3.Establish The files of all customers 4.Collect A/R with Financial Dept. 5.Statistic&analysis service data 6.Print&translate the documents of Sales Service&Administration Dept. 7.Manage all of the documents in the dept. 8.Ensure all Service Sales and Service field activities comply with Company’s Quality System and ISO 9001 standard. 9.Perform other duties as required by the Senior Manager. 职位要求(Job Requirements): Key Measurements: 1.Establish customer files. 2.Finish the assigned duties timely and accurately to ensure the usual operation of service department. Principle Working Relations: Service departments Qualification Requirement: 1.Education: College or above. 2.Experience: At least 2 years’ related work experience is preferred. Be familiar with contract managing. 3.Language: English skills for working accomplishment. 4.Computer Skills: Operation Ability for working accomplishment. .
