Building and developing an efficient organisation. Effective and pleasant cooperation with the Board of Directors and other team members in the mother organisation. The direct sales and marketing of the organisation development programs (B2B) and in company certified courses him/herself Accepting and reaching the results as stated in the existing business plan and ongoing sales plans.
