Work together with the China General Manager and the head office to develop and implement working procedures and filing systems Work together with the China General Manager and the head office to implement and improve merchandising and quality control systems in order to guarantee good quality delivered on time. Source new factories and products in China Work actively with evaluation and development of existing as well as new suppliers Set up and develop the Chinese supplier database. Plan for buyer visits and accompany buyers visiting suppliers and factories. Work with price and quotation management Coordinate the contract and businesses term negotiation with suppliers and factories Receive, translate, place and follow orders Manage the Quality Controller within his/her area Arrange testing of the products and ensure the needed certificates are in place Make sure delivery times are punctual and quality standards reached Settle claims Requirements University degree preferably in Foreign Trade or Electronics Extensive experience in the merchandising of “Stereo”, “Computer accessories”, “electronics” and “telephone and mobile accessories” in China Familiar with the ““Stereo”, “Computer accessories”, “electronics” and “telephone and mobile accessories” in China; Knowledge about which areas are “strong” in what products Strong sourcing abilities and skills Strong negotiator Able to work independently Experience from working closely with overseas buyers Experience of sourcing and developing suppliers in China Customer focused and service oriented Able to work under pressure and with tight dead-lines Good command of written and spoken English Fluent in Mandarin 联系方式： Interested candidate please send your update resume to hr@comcon.com.cn or by fax at 021-63724989 attn Jenny.xiao .
