ְλÀà±ð£º Êг¡/Êг¡ÍØÕ¹/¹«¹Ø ÏúÊÛ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-02-29 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º General Summary of Job Purpose - Lead Corning China FTTX team to develop a proper commercial strategy and lead the team to implement within in Greater China; - Leverage the resources of CCS&COF HQ and to support the Pubnet Commercial team, CCS H&E and COF, with competitive FTTX solution; Job Responsibilities: - Develop the specific FTTX customer develop plan and lead the implementation. - Optimize product portfolios with competitive value proposition to improve CCS FTTx product solution in China. - Coordinate with Corning Telecom China commercial team to develop and refine China customer segmentation - Develop annual FTTx marketing plan for targeted customer segment with relevant teams while align with CCS and COF HQ - Conduct and manage operational marketing activities as followed(but not limited): - Responsible for the FTTx solution/product mix development plan and implement the plan. - Responsible for FTTx P and design the pricing policy for commercial team and partners - Responsible for FTTx related customer analysis and competitor analysis for whole Telecom marketing group and identify key influencers for government affair group - Responsible for 5-year green book and budget - Responsible for FTTx product testing/qualification process - Support Account manager on bidding process - Conduct periodic internal training about marketing strategy, value proposition and new product offering to account mgr and partners - Responsible for organizing road show/ trade show to promote Corning Telecom brand image and product offering, and value proposition - Other assignment from management. Job Requirements - Technical undergraduate degree - MBA or equivalent will be a plus - 5-10 years working experiences, including 3+ years¡¯ business development /marketing /sales experience and 2+ years team management experience in network infrastructure cabling/telecom equipment for Public or Private Network industries - In MII/ Carrier/ telecom design institute experience; - Product development/ PLM in a MNC; - Operational (Procurement/ Manufacturing) experiences - Technical background in communication industry - Sales management experience - Fluency in English and Mandarin - Industrial analytical and market development skills. - People/ virtual team management skills - Project management skill (time management, resources arrangement) -Willing to travel extensively - Coordination skill - Solid knowledge of network applications and products. - Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with management, peers and subordinates - Strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills. - An excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in work load - Good communication and presentation skill ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
