As responsible for successful execution of a software sub-project, you will lead the activities of a UI SW Team, consisting of both internal and external developers, under supervision of a stream leader. Responsibilities: Planning, managing and execution of a SW sub-project Responsible for UI SW Team deliveries. Ensure that agreed sub-project targets are met and/or implemented. Defining strategies and achieving committed team objectives Responsible for the competence development of the team Communicating with other sub-teams, project leaders and external interfaces Team work planning and tracking, including coaching and guidance of team members Participation in milestone sub-team reviews Requirements As candidate for this position you have 8-12 years of relevant experience with embedded SW development from the mobile and wireless industry. You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering. Previous resource management knowledge is a benefit. More specifically you should: Be able to create a clear overview of the status of your team"s work Be able to work in a structured manner according to defined processes Be able to meet deadlines without jeopardizing quality Be flexible Have above average communication and networking skills. A good command of written and spoken English is a must Qualifications / Internal SW developer experience Basic knowledge about Nokia SW platforms. Previous knowledge about Nokia S30 SW platform will be a plus Technology understanding C-language UI knowledge, including an understanding of end-user behaviour and UI specifications Embedded programming techniques Development tools and debug facilities Good understanding of GSM concepts and systems architecture (design/architectural design) Process-oriented with regards to daily work and discussion People management Team resources allocation Work delegation One to one motivation and feedback Strategic development of the team Project/Time Management Estimation, planning and tracking of resources Quality Management Reviewing Department Description S30 SW Technology Management is responsible for managing the S30 SW platform and deliver SW to product programs in D R Cost Product Family Line 联系方式： Email: DevicesRecruitment@nokia.com Please indicate the position you are applying for.
