Coordinate field engineers and equipment for all MWD/LWD work within region. Ensure that all MWD/LWD jobs within region have the proper personnel and equipment on location when required by operations. 3. Ensure that all MWD/LWD operations are being conducted safely and all Weatherford HSE policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. 4. Liaise between operations and R on the upcoming and ongoing MWD/LWD workload. 5. Maintain an accurate inventory of all MWD/LWD assets that are in country, on the rig, in the workshop and out for repair. 6. Maintain an accurate inventory of all MWD/LWD consumables and adjust inventory levels according to the upcoming MWD/LWD workload. 7. Evaluate Core reports on daily basis and distribute regional daily MWD/LWD report. 8. Supervise field engineers’ job performance and correct any deficiencies as needed. 9. Evaluate MWD/LWD data collected from field on daily basis and distribute as needed. 10. Review and evaluate field engineers’ career development and progress. 11. Execute and maintain comprehensive training and competency systems for field engineers. 12. Maintain an accurate job archive and tool performance history. 13. Ensure complete compliance with all government agencies. 14. Assist regional and product line managers with P and monthly reporting. 15. Review field engineers on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance of all safety rules. 16. Ensure that the MWD/LWD incident reporting process is communicated, understood and implemented. 17. Report equipment failures immediately as per the Field Incident Reporting Procedure L3-PES-ID-QHSE-00022. Requirements: 1. Fluent in mandarin and english. 2. Thorough knowledge of all Drilling Systems products and services 3. Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting, leadership and teamwork skills. 4. Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation 5. Proficient in Core Reporting and Spectrum Software. 6. Previous field coordinating experience is an asset with a minimum of 5 years MWD/LWD field experience. 7.
