Provide support and actively give input to product program on build preparations as well as during the build. Manages testing environment to fulfill build requirements. Work with program testing team to solve the problems found during the builds. Main Responsibility Area Runs complex engineering tasks that may expand to more than one skill area. Identifies and solves non-standard engineering problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods within own area of expertise. May lead small engineering projects. Keep VSBeijing testing related facilities in good condition that can be used at any time. Keep the testing facilities in VSBeijing up to date with proper scale, so fulfill the increasing requirements from program side. Adjust testing HW/SW environment for new product program so that the targets of builds can be achieved. Including OTS, OTF, MFR, quantity and so on. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on product testing related findings to program, adding value to the builds. Involve in process owner network, information sharing meeting, keep VSBeijing updated on new testing technology. Work with program team to analyse and solve problems found during builds. Individually contributes to some projects as an experienced team member Share new findings during builds with mass production factory. Qualification: Typically 4-6 years relevant experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge.
