General Requirements: - HR Experience in areas including compensation, performance, training/development and recruitment. - Strong analytical, innovative and highly commitment to quality client service. - Excellent written and oral communication skills including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills. - Bachelor degree or above, preferably MBA or Master"s degree in relevant areas. - Mandarin-speaker, high proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese is preferable - Good communication and presentation skill - Willing to travel Qualifications: For Consultant, - Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR consulting, or more than 3 years experience in the frontline operation of HR management either in large MNC or SOEs. For Senior Consultant, - Minimum 3-4 years experience in HR consulting or; - Solid HR operation experience in large MNC or SOEs + consulting experience - Demonstrated project management, and thought leadership and people management skills. - High level business orientation and strong business development and consulting skills with a proven track record of interaction and relationship building at the senior management level. - 通过高质量的研究分析工作(包括组织设计、总体报酬、绩效管理、人才管理或变革管理)提供相关领域的技术专业知识。 - 为客户提供高质量服务,确保服务符合客户需求、工作计划及规定时限。 - 向客户提供优质服务,开发良好的客户关系。 - 参与开发并落实相关业务计划和营销活动。 工作要求: - 具有薪酬、绩效、培训/发展及招聘等人力资源相关经验。 - 优秀的分析、创新及客户服务能力。 - 出色的书面及口语沟通能力,包括技术与商业文书撰写、文件记录与表达能力。 - 本科或以上学历,MBA或相关领域硕士学位获得者优先。 - 拥有HRMS系统需求分析、系统实施经验、变革管理与大型项目经验者优先。 - 讲普通话,英语书面及口语流利,懂粤语者优先。 - 具备优秀的沟通和表达技巧 - 愿意出差 资格要求: 顾问 - 最少1-2年HR咨询经验,或3年以上大型跨国公司或国有企业HR管理一线操作经验。 高级顾问 - 最少3-4年HR咨询经验; - 丰富的大型跨国公司或国有企业HR操作经验及咨询经验 - 出众的项目管理、领导力思维及人才管理技巧。 - 高水平的业务导向及优秀的业务拓展和咨询能力,具有可印证的与高层管理的沟通和关系建立的经验。 联系方式: .
