Job Description Participates in Windchill application management project, responsible for Windchill PDMLink defects management, problem management, monitoring management, change management and change implementation. Understands customer request, and skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defects fixing. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in Windchill PDMLink support service. Works independently as key member of project team. Installs and configures and backup Windchill PDMLink system; Education Requirements Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree or college diploma, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar with 1+ years experience in a related field. (must have) Demonstrates technical knowledge in Java or .Net, JSP, XML, SQL, HTML, etc; Skills in Windchill administration and operation; (must have) Experience in support service is plus, preferably in Windchill PDMLink Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools to model Expertise in UNIX operation; Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong ability to manage task priority and multiple projects concurrently.. Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
