The annual plan supports site continuous improvements initiatives, expansions and new construction for both local small and divisionally driven major capital initiatives covering all infrastructures and manufacturing facilities. Projects will support and maintain consistency with the Site Master Plan and site operating principles. You lead commissioning and qualification activities for facility, mechanical and utility areas. You will oversee engineering design activities that meet various end-users requirements, engineering, process safety, industrial hygiene&environmental standards/guidelines, and local regulatory requirements. In collaboration with Process Engineering and SHE you are responsible for HAZOP reviews, and to update MCQ/CQ, IQ/OQ as-built documentation according to existing documentation practices. You will propose and implement cost effective innovative solutions within the prescribed project boundaries. You will be required to travel on a periodic basis both regionally and internationally. Requirements: Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in a project engineering related role in a manufacturing environment where high standards of cost effective engineering design solutions are crucial. Possess and utilize project execution skills and formal problem solving methodologies.
