The leader/guide is responsible for learning and delivering in-depth cultural information to customers, and is also responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the tours. The leader/guide must prepare before each tour by learning the necessary material, practicing that material during dry runs, following other seasoned tour guides to learn and observe, etc. The leader/guide must be a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable representative of CCC during frequent interactions with customers. We have tours available weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings so we can work around your free time.
