职位描述(Job Descriptions) 775 Responsibility：职责：1、建立/维护/优化文件化质量控制流程及产品检验标准。Eestablish /Maintain /Optimize the flow of documentation quality control system and the standard of production inspection.2、主导处理客户抱怨和内部质量问题改进。Deal with the disappointment of consumer and leading internal quality improvement.3、参与体系审核，策划和改进过程/产品审核。Participate the system auditing, scheme and improve the system/product auditing.4、参与不合格品（原材料和过程）判定。Participate in the evaluation of rejected products.5、负责所属范围质量意识提升，并提供相应培训，进行人员资格评定。Be responsible for the improvement of quality consciousness within the restraints of one’s position. Supply the corresponding training and evaluate the qualification of staff.6、负责所属范围质量报告评审和质量业绩改进。Be responsible for the quality report evaluation and the improvement of quality performance within the restraints of one"s position.7、参与本地供应商管理和评定。Participate in the assessment and management to local suppler.8、新产品投产支持（质量相关文件制定，FAI参与）Support new product preparation. (establishment of related quality documents, participation of FAI)Personnel requirement: 相关要求：1、大学本科，电子电气专业或管理专业但有多年相关产品经验。Has the undergraduate degree. Be major in electron, electronic or management. Has the several years working experience for related productions.2、5年以上相关工作经验。Has the related working experience and the experience should be more than 5 years.3、熟悉质量管理体系，质量工具，电子产品知识。Be familiar with the quality management system, quality tools and the knowledge of electronic product.4、英语熟练，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作。Can use English fluently, be good at computer, and be skillful in communication and team work. ced .
