Location: Shanghai Business Area: Medical Function Area: Quality Job Code: CN05254 Goals/Mission: Ensure suppliers are qualified and released according to the established process, ensure suppliers are audited and evaluated on regular base Tasks: 1.Assist quality manager and procurement manager to establish and implement quality management system for supplier management process; 2. Ensure supplier are evaluated, qualified and released according to the established process; 3. Establish quality assurance agreement with suppliers; 4. Plan and implement supplier audits in quality and code of conduct to evaluate process effectiveness of suppliers, initiate CAPA with suppliers if necessary; 5. Monitor supplier quality, initiate data analysis and CAPA if necessary; 6. Reports to SM manager and QP manager on regular base regarding supplier quality performance; 7. Act as quality contact window required in the quality agreement with suppliers; 8. Authority: as an independent Q function to review documents, and control release of suppliers. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical-electronics; Job Language: EN Knowledge/Languages: Good knowledge of quality systems, such as ISO:9001, ISO:14000.
