职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-25 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: - 5+ years of University work in IT, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Science, Math or related field. - 2+ years team leader with people management experience - Basic Experience with Networking and Mobile/Desktop/Server/Workstation. - Have basic PC architectural and subsystem knowledge - Linux Command Line Knowledge, knowledge of Windows. - Have experience Testing BIOS and Driver software for compliance to specification and overall quality. - Knowledge of development system level test, which requires an understanding of the entire system, and debugging in an environment with a maximum number of unknown variables. - Self-Motivated with strong passion for learning; good teamwork skills. - Extremely organized, experience with project management, resource allocation and scheduling - Experience with performance management - Fluent Mandarin and English (reading, writing and speaking). - Experience running meetings and international communication in English. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: - Coordinate, monitor&control all Software QA activities towards the Design working at the individual project. - Represent team in project meeting, communicate directly with the PM and internal/external customer. - Review requirement, create test plan, estimate test duration and staffing requirement, establish test assignments within the team. - Make sure that necessary hardware, software and test equipment will be available. - Interacts with engineers and technical support personnel towards the solution of complex technical problems and the fulfillment of project objectives. - Document and characterizes defects, providing detailed configurations and descriptions for passing and failing tests for test reports. - Maintains documentation of test operations and reports results to engineering. - Identifies actual or potential problems in test plans or company products. - Mentor the test engineers in debugging, communication skills, maintaining a positive working, and building effective working relationships. - Performs other duties as assigned. 联系方式： .
