The main tasks are related to qualification, development and controlling of suppliers and/or subcontractors in the APAC region. Support Regional Sourcing and Logistics maintain and finding suppliers for Perlos Essential tasks and areas of responsibility: Responsibility 1) SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN SELECTED BUSINESS AREA Participate supplier selection and qualification together with Regional Sourcing and Logistics in selected business area Develop supplier performance to full fill Perlos and end customer requirements Train supplier in quality related issues Follow up supplier performance in the region in close co-operation with plant organisation Support project product/process verification work Support quality issues solving escalated from plant Monitor supplier related process implementing Support supplier selection for new projects Supplier Quarterly Evaluations, communication to suppliers Support Global supplier selection and qualification within the APAC region 2) REPORTING Follow the supplier related quality reporting from the plants in the region and provide needed summary reports to regional and global - Regional internal audit corrective and preventive actions reporting 3) DEVELOPMENT Develop Supplier Qualification Procedures in Perlos Areas that belong to plant quality system: Reclamation of supplier related defects Supplier related quality planning Special contact requirements related to the job: Within the organization PM Quality Engineer Outside the organization Supplier Basic job requirements: 1 Education and experience 1) Bachelor degree form formal university, major in Electronic engineering is preferred 2) Over 5 years working experience in quality, at least 3years in supplier control and development, with sound experience in supplier qualify and development 2 Special job requirements (knowledge&skills) 1) Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, TS 16949 is preferred 2) Fluntly in English,spoken and writen 3) With strong communication and problem solving skills 4) Enjoy challenge and be able to travel 联系方式： mp0620@manpower.com.cn .
