Be the focal points of understanding client recruiting needs and provide talent solutions Help Client define talent needs and assist Client in posting Jobs at CPN Write up job analysis based on interaction with Client Promote Client job opportunities to CPN members and affiliated networks. Draft marketing messages and supervise the entire promotion process. Answer inquires from CPN members and affiliated networks Screen and suggest candidate recommendation to supervisor and write up recommendation rationales. Review with supervisor to decide final recommendation list to Client Follow up Client to review CPN recommendations and collect Client feedback Follow up Client on interviews with CPN candidates Provide Client and job insight to CPN Research Associate Facilitate contract negotiation and signature with Client and follow up Client for payment Develop new Client in recruiting partners and sign cooperation contract Requirements: At least 5 years working experience in account management, sales, business development, customer services, and human resources in Fortune 500 companies or major professional service firms Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent interpersonal skills and easy going character Quick learner and sensitive to Client needs Proficient in English.
