Accountabilities and End Results: Closely monitor the process operating status by providing timely and accurate lab analysis. Primary Functions: Carry out day-to-day sampling and analysis activities for crude oil, produced water and fuel gas systems under the guidance of the Production Supervisor. Perform sampling and analysis activities during offloading operations. Assist and liaise with onshore chemical and corrosion engineer on site related issue. Assist the Production Supervisor on all chemical related issues. Ensure all laboratory equipment is maintained/calibrated and inspected/certified to the required standard. Carry out PM on laboratory equipment. Ensure all chemicals utilised in the laboratory are stored and labelled correctly and all activities are carried out safely. Attain compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Safely carry out all reasonable duties assigned during any Emergency situation. Critical Skills: High level knowledge of offshore hydrocarbon process systems. High level knowledge of chemistry with particular focus on hydrocarbons. Very familiar with offshore lab equipment. Self motivated. Good communication skills. Good English skills (reading and writing). Computer literate.
