The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time. - Work with R and other functions closely as OF Rep, apply formal project management techniques in new product projects to meet Agilent NPI lifecycle deliverables. - Plan the project in order to accomplish its TTM goals within constraints such as scope, cost and agreed quality standards. - Provide leadership to the group of engineers in the team, provide a team with direction, including motivating people to perform, providing feedback. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical design, computer science or relevant engineering discipline. Additional business degree desired (MBA). Minimum 2 years" experience in engineering or other technical area. Minimum 2 years" project management experience in international company, new product generation exposure will be a plus. Strong knowledge of project management, good application of project management tools.
