Performs/coordinates the design, manufacture and maintenance of tooling and production equipment including molds and dies 2. Plans and implements maintenance procedures for molds, die and related equipment 3. Controls and monitor outside mold / tool vendors including outsourcing partners in PRC 4. Solves process problems in house and at vendors 5. Participates in various cost and productivity improvement projects 6. Assists in the acquisition of related equipment 7. Provides support in the planning and installation of molding machines and equipment in molding outsourcing partners. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent 2. Minimum 5 years experience in precision plastic mold development, fabrication/design and maintenance 3. Familiar with the application of CNC machine tools in tooling fabrications and CAD/CAM software such as Pro/E and AutoCAD 4.
