HTT is a global leader for its turbocharging and thermal systems for passenger car and commercial diesel applications. CPG is a global provider of a variety of leading branded automotive products, including the Prestone, Holts, Autolite, Fram, Bendix and Jurid brands. With annual revenues of more than $4B, TS employs over 13,000 in over 30 sites worldwide. Other key duties include: To receive suitable training programs to ensure their familiarity with the concepts of ‘ Lean Manufacturing To introduce and implement Lean Manufacturing throughout HWTSL. To promote the Honeywell values, the health, safety and environmental policy and total quality initiatives. To coordinate the effective introduction of new products to meet the requirements of customers. To take part in cost reduction and quality improvement activity with industrial engineer, production technician, quality engineer and manufacturing people within the manufacturing and assembly areas. To be involved with others in the efficient introduction of the philosophies of ISO 9000/QS9000/TS16949/ISO14000/OHSAS18000. Be prepared process documentation and routing for production line on time and to assist in the introduction of standard manufacturing methods including : the specification of machine tools, cutting tools, fixture, preparation of CNC programs, process FMEAs and to facilitate training for operator. To establish time standards for manufacturing processes Be familiar with turbo center housing process and focus its attention on bottleneck. To analyze quality problems, to collect and evaluate production data using statistics and to solve them immediately. To participate “Go activities and to find opportunities on elimination waste and non-value added. To design special fixtures, tooling and to adopt new techniques of process for improvement production capacity as well as product quality. To implement, co-ordinate and supervise the manufacturing projects. To take part in tier 2 meeting and rapid problem solving activities To support workshop SOS,SCS deployment by coaching and follow daily standard work Finished task of assignment. General mind of HSE knowledge and fully implement safty policy. Qualifications: The education of university or college with major in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is required. Knowledge of both modem manufacturing and assembly techniques. Knowledge of SPC and of ISO 9000/QS9000/TS16949. Knowledge of use of personal computer.
