Primary responsibilities ¡ì Recruitment: responsible for logging vacancies (SRF¡¯s) and JDS, working with agencies on candidate searching, interview coordination, preparing job offers and employment contracts with the approval of HR manager. ¡ì Hiring process: responsible for having the employment contract signed; completing personnel file; registering the employee with FESCO to complete social insurances and other benefits arrangement; conducting orientation training. ¡ì Administration: responsible for setting up, completing and maintaining the employee personnel files including hard copy filing and soft files in HR shared folder; input HR database; administer leaves record (vacation + sick leaves + other leaves) for all employees; set up and maintaining training record, and keeping all information and document up to date. ¡ì Work with HR Manager and head office colleagues to make sure all above process and information is timely communicated and agreed. ¡ì Responsible for timely informing line management of end of probationary period. ¡ì Payroll and benefits processing: work on monthly payroll sheet for BJ local employee and send it to HR manager for confirmation; arrange salary payment with bank of china; work out monthly salary advice sheet and send it to every employee on time. ¡ì Work with fesco to ensure all staff information or registration is updated, and all social insurances and other benefits are arranged correctly. ¡ì HR help desk to answer employee questions on HR policies, procedures, benefits and social security issues, etc. ¡ì Monthly report to HR manager on: headcount (hiring, exit), turnover, sick/or special leaves, organization chart, training record, and other HR related issues. ¡ì Report to HR Manager on people related issues happened or will potentially happen in the company. ¡ì Assist in the execution of major HR policies, programs and objectives (both short and long term) to promote and ensure the company¡¯s continuing success and growth by initiating, drafting and implementing identified HR projects. ¡ì Comply with, and ensure HR policy and process is in compliance with Company¡¯s policies and procedures, as defined, including those related to the Quality System. Additional responsibilities ¡ì Support HR manager on other HR related tasks when required ¡ì Maintain and update Intranet and Live link on a regularly basis Interfaces and Authority ¡ì Fesco ¡ì Local Tax bureau ¡ì Bank of China ¡ì Recruiting agency ¡ì HR head office ¡ì Irdeto Staff Knowledge&Skill requirements ¡ì University study background with Bachlor degree; ¡ì Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking ¡ì Accuracy ¡ì Minimum 3 years administrative experience preferably in an international environment; ¡ì Good MS computing skills ¡ì Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a service oriented attitude ¡ì Good organizational and administrative skills ¡ì Team player with a lot of initiative Working conditions ¡ì Fast moving, high paced working environment. ¡ì Dealing with highly confidential information.
