Ph.D in radio/wireless communication or related area 2. Familiar with C/C++, MATLAB, OPNET/NS2 or CCSS 3. Familiar with key broadcast/multicast techniques on OFDM/MIMO or more advanced future techniques such as mesh network, ad hoc network et al. 4. Knowledge about 3GPP LTE or Wimax is a plus 5. Familiar with FPGA and DSP design in wireless communication system is a plus 6. Experience in baseband prototype building is a plus 7. Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills in English 8.
