KEY OBJECTIVE 1. To build Applications localization features and/or industry solutions for APAC 2. To develop strategic project for key customers in APAC 3. To ensure the high quality of products developed before release Your responsibilities will include: 1. Perform high and detail level technical specification documents based on business requirement document and functional specification documents; 2. Participate the review of functional specification documents; 3. Build and execute unit test plans. 4. Review integration, pressure and regression test plans created by QA engineers. 5. Develop individual component using related technologies following Oracle/I-flex development processes and standards. 6. Provide technical support to Product Managers and QA engineers of i-flex team; 7. Actively participate in Field Readiness activities, create Technical TOI documents, provide application (technical) training to internal and external parties; 8. Participate in strategic customer implementation; RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING 1. Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS degree. 2. More than 2 years of software development or implementation experience in any one of the following areas is a big plus: Retail Banking/Corporate Banking/Investment Banking Asset Management/Portfolio Management Foreign Exchange/Trade Finance Cash Management Transfer Pricing/ALM Treasury/Derivatives Risk Management - Credit, Operations or Market Risk 3. Strong knowledge and experience in Core Java, JDBC, JavaBeans, RMI, Servlet, JSP, Taglibs, XML, Web Services, Enterprise Java Beans. 4. Well conversant with Java EE frameworks, such as Struts, Hibernate, JSF, ANT, etc. 5. Expert of Design Patterns. 6. Solid experience in any of the Application Servers: Oracle Application Server, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, and SunONE. 7. Candidates having administration and tuning experiences on the above servers are preferred. 8. Familiar with of SQL and PL/SQL. 9. Familiar with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Dynamic SQL. 10. Good understanding of business processes. 11. Be adept in understanding functional specifications and documenting technical specifications. 12. Good oral and written communication skills in English. 13. Experience in the entire product lifecycle. 14. A team player can work well in a challengeable and highly collaborative environment. 15. Highly self motivated. 16.
