Summary of Responsibilities: Owning full range of responsibilities for software development cycle. Working in such dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have exposures to all types of technical and business tasks and grow your career with the company. Essential Responsibilities include: Design and develop Windows device drivers for various PC devices based on customer requirements. Research, evaluate, and select new technologies to meet customer needs. Provide resource estimate, status update, and tracking of milestones for projects. Drive superior quality and on time delivery of products Play an active role in the development process and provide recommendations to system design team. Qualifications / Personal Characteristics: 3+ yeas of programming experience in C/C++, Assembly 1+ years experience of developing Windows/Linux device drivers and firmware for various PC devices such as PC card, disks, etc. Knowledge and experience in database and networking programming Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity; energized by challenges Have uncompromised integrity and highest ethic standards; approach work with passion and strong drive to excellence. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; fast learner with excellent communication skills High English proficiency to accurately comprehend customer’s requirements and complete project documentation and communication.
