职位类别： 商务/采购/贸易 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-20 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Infrastructure, Energy BUSINESS / DIVISION DESCRIPTION : GEINFEN: Energy Services FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Sourcing ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for purchasing of materials to meet production or expense requirements: Place purchase orders to support material requirements as communicated by ERP Receive daily requisition, review and determine scope of work and select suitable suppliers from ASL Ensure the purchase order and supplier on-time delivery performance dates are properly maintained; expedite and/or push out products from suppliers depending on factory needs as communicated by ERP Work accounting issue to resolve discrepancies Manage part number updates and data accuracy in ERP Identify potential areas for saving / improvement, monitor and report on supplier spend and saving Maintain an efficient document control system ensuring documentation related to supplier enquires/orders is properly registered, circulated, controlled and easily accessible; Develop negotiation plans and conducting negotiation when needed QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Minimum 3 year experience in manufacturing, operations, materials, sourcing and/or production control Must be organized and have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Good team player and quick learner Demonstrated capability to work with cross-functional teams Good interpersonal communication, facilitation and negotiating skills Good computer skills Knowledge of planning and ERP system is a preference GENERAL DESCRIPTION: GE Energy "s optimization and control business provides a portfolio of products and services.
