It includes central management of software and implementation of technical solution following the support manual and MoW (Methods of Working) Develop software application modules using disciplined software development processes. Unit testing and implementing application modules from multiple systems which the team has developed or modified, ensuring application meets needs of client and business Providing design recommendations, developing and integrating programs per written specifications. Occasionally responsible for writing moderate to complex design specifications Translating operational and technical requirements into detailed design specifications for application code and modules Making moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and industry standards Provides assistance in researching new and emerging technologies. Works with vendors to understand technology. Evaluating new tools, technologies and platforms to be included Plan and delivery new test environment, handle old environment scale out or decommission which includes architecture design, document preparation, purchase of hardware and software license, physical build,etc, ensuring the projects delivered as planned Coordinate with search development team and test team for release installation and test by sharing the necessary system information and solving possible issues on applications installed, network and operating system Coordinate with technical support department of our company in local and remote countries for addressing the issues of network and system, together with new requirement implementation in our environment Provide support service to project team members and also contribute valuable suggestions aimed to improve the process of the project Monitor search environment regularly for getting the periodical performance report and status report. Identify possible issue and coordinate for solving it. Analyze customer and internal statements of requirements for new and enhanced search system Prepare and present status report or topic training,etc JOB SPECIFICATIONS Good programming experience in (C#, Web Services under Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2003) Good SQL Server database experience Knowledge on WIN2003 server management Experience with switch and firewall configuration Ability to understand complex distributed systems Ability to switch technology very quickly Hands on experience 5+ years experience on software development or system administration.
