职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-02-19 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位月薪： 10000-30000元/月 职位描述/要求： Position Details: - Establish Global supplier quality process for the assigned commodities - Support Global Commodity Team on all supplier quality initiatives. - Perform supplier qualification&re-qualification activities Quality system assessment - Review&approve supplier Quality Plans - Drive&implement Supplier / commodity continuous quality improvement programs - Support global supplier quality performance process (TQRDC) - Resolve supplier quality issues affected multiple sites - Support quality issues escalated by JDSU sites. - Ensure supplier meet established JDSU criteria / specifications - Drive Six Sigma / Lean programs at targeted suppliers for process capability&Lead time Improvement - Issue Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR), when needed to suppliers. Review and assess effectiveness of the corrective actions - Participate in periodic JDSU Quality System Audit as an auditor - Re-audit corrective action implementation of SCARs - Establish&implement ‘product Surveillance Plans’ - Measure supplier performance, implement quality improvement strategies, and execute on those strategies, measuring results against a base line (DPPM, SPC, Cpk, etc) - International and domestic travel required Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or higher in engineering or science - 5+ years experience in a similar role - Knowledge in Optical Electronic Component manufacturing process is a plus - Extensive knowledge in Fab. PCB (PWB) and PCB assembly commodity - Working knowledge and complete understanding of quality tools and Techniques including statistical process control (SPC), statistical data analysis, sampling plans etc - Knowledgeable in FMEA, Control Plan, and other Six Sigma Lean tools. - Knowledge of ESD controls and practices; ANSI/ESD S20.20 preferred - Ability to drive process improvements - Demonstrated complex problem solving skills - Ability to analyze and audit supplier processes and assess capabilities - Demonstrated ability to interface with all level of management and line level workers - Knowledge or experience in doing business in Asia - MS Office skills in Power Point, Excel, Word - Working knowledge of statistical data analysis software such as Minitab is a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills 联系方式： JDS Uniphase Shenzhen Limited 捷迪讯光电（深圳）有限公司 E-mail: hr.sz@jdsu.com 深圳市福田保税区红棉道 3 号 Http:// www.jdsu.com 518038 .
