Participates in setting departmental budgets. Responsible for managing spending to stay within the approved budget. Requirements: MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred; At least 8 years working experience in software development industry; 5+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications; Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC. C++ a plus.
