职位描述(Job Descriptions)： -Report to the expat Factory Manager; -To ensure the optimal production implementation according to the plan; -Take the overall charge of the production department to ensure the right quality, right quantity and on-time delivery; -Pursue Lean Manufacture, team work with relevant departments to value&improve manufacturing techniques, layout, equipment reliability etc, therefore high quality&efficiency, and cost down can be sustained; -Supervising&guiding the production processing, make sure smooth production; -Be responsible production department budgeting and control production cost, decrease scrap rate -Conduct reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities, performance and results -Take responsibility for quality control within the production process, coordinate related teams to solve problems (if any); -Be responsible for Health&Safety and environmental issues in the production department to meet company and local government requirements 职位要求(Job Requirements)： -University education in Mechanical Engineering, MBA preferred; -Over 5 years working experiences in the production area in foreign invested manufacturing company; machining industry preferred -Over 3 years experiences in the Production Manager’s position; -Cope to the international cross-cultural environment; -Strong management abilities, excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills; -Fluent in English communication (written&verbal) and Good Command of Computer skills. .
