职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-18 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Location: DCH SH Office Primary functions: IS project support and management for business growth initiatives and process re-engineering at DuPont China Responsibilities: Work as an IS project leader in Asia Pacific Information Solution (APIS) to deliver the required information solutions for business growth initiatives and process re-engineering at DuPont China, primarily for the current CSR transformation project in China. In the future this role could expand to cover other projects on IT-enabled business capability in China or even AP region. Provide technical IT leadership and guidance on IS project to drive and ensure a smooth implementation and deployment, and an on-time completion Provide regular updates and highlight issues to business leadership on project status, timeline&milestones and make recommendations for resolution. Develop detailed business and data requirements, as well as put-in-place processes for well-managed ongoing services and support including the ability to measure, track, and improve performance for the on-going system. Ensure projects are well planned and executed to meet time, financial and budgetary commitments as well as all other DuPont standards. Manage client relationships by building strong relationship with business team&teams to effectively support both business growth initiatives and process re-engineering activities. Work closely to business team to understand business needs, future evolving trend. And establish and maintain common objectives, priorities, customer satisfaction and shared understanding of affordability Responsible to work under APIS team to actively identify further IS opportunities to solve business needs / requirements while leveraging standard solution as much as possible Work with AP regional IS to define the architecture requirement, and Country IS for leveraged IT infrastructure and other resources Skill&Knowledge Required: University graduate in information technology or science / engineering-related field 8 years working experience in information technology and at least 2 years in IT management role. Good knowledge on business process of shared customer service and related logistics; And solid supporting experience on it. Demonstrate strengths of getting results, meeting commitments&problem-solving, and be willing to work and push an IS project forward under some difficult situation. Demonstrate leadership and project management skills, self-motivate and able to learn rapidly from the work environment and leverage resource from different functions.
